We no longer ship to the European Union.

General Information

Online orders are fulfilled on Fridays. 
Includes local pickup orders. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be fulfilled the following Friday. Our shop has become a place where community gathers, so dedicating one day a week to fulfill online orders helps us provide a better experience for everyone. Mahalo for your understanding.

We strive to offer affordable shipping costs for all. However, we do not offer USPS Media Mail due to excessive damages and delays.

Some orders may ship as multiple packages depending on stock availability.  If your order contains a pre-order an item that's not yet in stock, we'll ship your order once all items become available. If your order contains an item that has unfortunately gone out of stock, we may choose to refund you for that item and ship you the rest of the items in your order.

Our operation is small, and we do what we can to ship promptly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

About our shipping options:

Local Pickup
Our shop, AGS Honolulu, is located at 2017 South King Street, Honolulu, HI 96826. If you select Pickup at checkout, we look forward to seeing you! Please note the following:

  • Please check our store hours on Google Maps.
  • Metered street parking is available along King Street (free on Sundays).
  • If you bought a pre-order item, your order will be ready once the item is available. Subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on Instagram for pre-order updates.

Flat Rate (Hawaii only)
Typically ships via USPS First Class. Only available for orders within Hawaii.

USPS Domestic
We no longer offer USPS Media Mail due to the unfortunate amount of delays and damages we've experienced. Instead, we only offer First Class Mail on smaller packages, and Priority Mail for everything else.

  • First Class Package – available for packages under 1 lb.
  • Priority – includes insurance up to $50.
  • Priority Express – includes insurance up to $100. 

USPS International Small Parcel
Ships via USPS First Class International. Available for packages weighing less than 0.375 lb. Includes tracking to most major countries. Does not include insurance. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order. Depending on the country, delivery usually occurs within 1-3 weeks.

INSURANCE
Orders do not include insurance. Please contact us before or immediately upon placing your order if you wish to add insurance to your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE READ:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Contact us if you wish to purchase insurance for your order. 
  • We are not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes, or duties due on your package(s). You are fully responsible for any of these types of fees due on your package(s).
  • AGS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages to international destinations.
  • Please be mindful of your country's rules and regulations regarding importing goods.
