Seoul's calling, let's go!
We met DJ Spray in Honolulu earlier this spring. He and his wife walked through the doors of our shop on the recommendation of Kompakt Record Bar's owner, Jinmoo. We found out that not only is Spray a talented DJ and producer, he curates a record-centered series on YouTube called Vinyl Sessions.
When AGS headed to Japan in August for some DJ gigs, Jinmoo invited label owner Roger Bong to come to Seoul and spin at Kompakt. Not wanting to miss out on the opportunity, we went for it! (The flight from Tokyo is just two hours).
Hearing the news that AGS would be in Seoul, Spray organized a daytime Vinyl Sessions at Kompakt's Version 2 location.
