If you’ve been following my adventures this year, you already know that 2012 has been a helluva year for digging in Hawaii.
First, I scored 100 records for $10 at Harry’s Music Store when they closed down (and I made a few free mixtapes, too). Then, there was the massive record sale at a warehouse in Kaka‘ako, brought to you by the Friends of the Library of Hawaii. After that, it was the annual book sale at McKinley, which brought a few nice surprises to the table, including these LPs.
Needless to say, I can’t wait for the Hawaii Record Fair to go down on August 5th, 2012.
Mark your calendars, this is going to be a big event.
Admission is $3. But, bring a friend along and it’s $5 for two people. Nice!
