A newcomer to Honolulu’s music scene, Nick Kurosawa has quickly gained attention with his unexpected, deep soulful voice, most recently lending his talent to the Dae Han Ensemble at the Blue Note Hawaii. His debut EP, Home, features original compositions and covers of Sam Cooke, Bobby Caldwell, and Kalapana, paying homage to his roots as he navigates his own sound, searching for a place where his voice and spirit feels most at home.
