Recorded in Honolulu in 1981, arranged by Pat Demain, and released on Music In The Wind.

Actor, singer and guitarist Joy Carol wrote and recorded "Baby, Won't You Touch Me" and "Losing You" in 1981 on Oahu, Hawaii. When she entered the studio, she asked if they could get her an arranger to bring the songs to their fullest potential — the studio said yes, of course, and we know the best arranger there is: Pat Demain.

"I said I needed to work with the best, so they brought Pat in," she told Backstage in 2003. "When we shook on the deal I heard bells. Even my ex-husband told me I had to marry him." Joy comes from a musical family and grew up performing in Chicago. After graduating college in California with a degree in Theater flanked by a minor in Music and English, she moved to Hawaii in 1986 with her first husband. However, the relationship proved restrictive to her dreams of a career in theater and music, and they split up. One of Joy's first decisions was to jump in the studio and record her own songs.

This studio session marked the beginning of a decades-long partnership of love, happiness, joy, theater and music together as husband and wife.

Pat had worked with the islands' best talents, as an arranger and as as a keyboardist, with groups like the Fabulous Krush, Barry Kim, and Music Magic. The couple moved to Las Vegas in 1991 to continue building on their careers in music and theater. After lifelong complications with diabetes, Pat Demain passed away on June 24, 2020.

Joy can be found on Facebook where she describes herself as "doggie mommy, sister, friend, artist, actor, singer, gardener, guitarist, .....happy."
