Absolutely Mackey: The Definitive Guide is an attempt to chronicle the legacy of Hawaii’s most venerable, celebrated and influential contemporary musicians, Bryant Mackey Feary Jr.

My initial goal with this project was to document the entire Mackey Feary discography, including special appearances, producer credits, foreign releases and unreleased recordings. To date, I’ve been unable to find a complete discography spanning Hawaii, USA and Japanese releases.

I’ve since expanded the mission of Absolutely Mackey to include related posts and interviews with fellow friends and musicians of Mackey, vintage photos and videos, newspaper clippings, online resources and more.
